You can see here a
SAM-9 air defense vehicle of the Yugoslav army with victory markings attached. Custom to
paint victory markings on aircraft or on air defense vehicles is very popular among the
pilots and soldiers. In this case, markings were made from paper and attached to the hull
of the vehicle near the serial number. The first SAM-9 claims one F-16 and one missile.
Due to hot weather and heavy conditions, the missile marking fell off while the F-16
marking started to fall off when the photograph was taken. The second SAM-9 vehicle claims
one A-10. Due to hot weather, half of the marking fell off.
